Preheat oven to 450. Combine all ingredients except cilantro together in a bowl or a sealed plastic bag to coat the cauliflower. Spread cauliflower in a single layer on a parchment lined baking sheet. Roast, stirring occasionally until tender and golden brown, 25 to 35 minutes. Serve garnished with cilantro.
