Suggest a better description- Peel and slice potatoes into strips to your preference.
- Get a big bowl of water, soak in the cut potatoes, add a good amout of salt then use your hand to blend the salt and the potatoes, wait 15 minutes before take out the potatoes.
- Boil them from 15 to 20 minutes then take the potatoes out of the pot.
- Pour some oil into a pan, heat the oil and then place the potatoes a handful at a time. Fry and turn until the chips turn orange gold then stop, get them out and use some tissue to drain the oil.
- Put the remain potatoes in and continue to fry until no more potatoes left.
- Put the fries into a dish or a bowl, use the fries with whatever you want (pepper, ketchup...).
