Chocolate cake

Grease and flour 3 round cake pans. In separate bowl mix cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, milk and oil. Bake at 325* for 25 minutes, or until cake is done. Let cool.
For icing, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, sugar,and cool whip. Frost each layer. After frosting each layer, cut Hershey bar into pieces.
