Source: mine
brown meat and onions in fry pan, drain, add to crock pot. Add all seasonings, mix well. Add tomatoes, stir. Add tomato sauce and water, mix well. Cook on high for 2-3 hrs or on low for 4 hrs.
skim about 2 tbsps of liquid from chili and mix with flour pour into chili and stir.
Add chili beans 30 minutes before serving.
serve over fritos and top with cheese or serve with crackers
