Suggest a better descriptionMix all seasonings in a small bowl, Put ground meat in large bowl and pour seasoning mix over meat, Mix extremely well, Put in Lg zip lock bag and refrigerate overnight or up to 24 hours.
Load jerky shooter and press out into food dehydrator trays.
Start dehydrator rotate trays every hour or so, use paper towels to mop up excess grease let meat dehydrate to desired texture. Put in baggies and store in refrigerator.
