From the Denver LDS Temple Cafeteria.
In bread mixer add water, sugar, salt, butter, eggs, 1/2 of the flour, and yeast on top of everything else. Begin mixing slowly until moist adding the rest of the flour until it starts to pull away from the side (Sticky dough = soft rolls).
Knead with dough hook, for 6 minutes.
Turn out into a lightly oiled bowl and turn dough to evenly coat. Let rise for a few minutes.
Punch down dough.
Take 1/2 of the dough and roll into a large rectangle.
Spread with 1/2 of the softened butter and sprinkle 1/2 of the cinnamon/brown sugar mixture.
Roll and cut dough. Place on greased sheet, or use parchment paper.
Let rise.
Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.
While baking create a mixture of whipping cream, powdered sugar, salt, and vanilla to the desired consistancy.
While the rolls are still warm frost with cream mixture.
