Hard boil eggs:
Put a steamer basket in a pot
Add 1 inch of water
Bring to boil
Steam eggs for 13 minutes
Fill a container with a lid with ice water
Place eggs in ice water until cooled
Rap four pieces of bacon in the paper towel and microwave for one minute per slice
Slice eggs in half lengthwise
Remove egg yolks place in food processor
Add mayo, bacon, mustard, and hot sauce
Pulse food processor until mixed well
Remove and put in a sandwich bag
Cut the corner of the bag and fill egg whites
Sprinkle with paprika
Serve
