Cook potatoes in boiing water until tender, about 30 minutes.
Drain and mash. Beat cream cheese with mixer until smooth. Add potatoes and remaining ingredients. Season to taste. Spoon into buttered 2- quart casserole. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and refrigerate.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until hot
