1. Cook bacon until crispy, drain bacon fat into a mason jar & let bacon cool
2. Sautee sliced chicken in same pan bacon was cooked in
3. Chop bacon into pieces
4. Break apart lettuce and add meat, toss your salad
Dressing
Add all dressing ingredients to jar of bacon fat and shake until properly mixed. Microwave dressing to re-liquify fat if necessary. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
**Add dressing to salad only immediately before serving!
