Suggest a better description1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 10" bundt pan. Have all ingredients at room temperature.
2. In a large bowl stir cake mix and pudding mix. Make a well in the center and pour in eggs, sour cream, oil and water. Beat on low speed until blended. Scrape bowl, and beat 4 minutes on medium speed. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour batter into prepared pan.
3. Bake in preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into the center of cake comes out clean. Allow to cool
