Easy ground beef recipe. Double and freeze some filling for later.
Brown beef and drain well. Stir in soup, green pepper, onion, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
On ungreased cookie sheet, separate roll dough into two large rectangles. Overlap long sides to form a rectangle about 15x8. Firmly press edges and perforations to seal. Spoon about 2 ½ cups meat mixture in about a 4 inch wide strip down center of dough to within 1 inch of ends. Reserve remaining meat mixture for topping. Fold long sides of dough over meat to the center. Pinch together. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Spoon remaining meat mixture down center of the meat roll. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake another 5-10 minutes. Slice and serve. (To serve leftovers, wrap in foil and heat.)
