The famous hotel chains Chocolate Chip cookies
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
In a small bowl, mix together flour, oats, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Set aside.
In the bowl of a stand mixer, cream butter and sugars for 2 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time, then the vanilla and lemon juice, blending for about 2 minutes, or until light and fluffy.
Add the dry ingredients and mix for a minute until just incorporated. Don't over mix.
Remove the bowl from the mixer and stir in the chocolate chips and walnuts.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Roll the dough into balls and flatten slightly.
Bake for 20-23 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the center is still soft.
