Suggest a better descriptionFry onions golden brown. Add ground masala & fry well. Add mutton & curry leaves & salt to taste. Add 1 tbsp bottle masala & pressure cook till mutton is tender. Remove mutton from gravy & add 1 tbsp bottle masala boil 3 cubed potatoes till tender. Add the mutton back to the gravy add sour lime juice & a handful of chopped corriander. Add poha & serve gamished with chopped corriander. This can be served as a substitute for rice. If desired this gravy can be served with boiled rice or pulav.
