Prep Items:
cutting board to cut chicken
prepare 2 separate bowls to makes dipping items for chicken. Cut the two chicken breast in half to make 4 pieces.
small glass or metal pan and spray with pam or nonstick oil to make cleaning easier after dinner
Ingredients:
in one bowl put butter and melt in microwave for 30 seconds. some microwaves may vary. once butter is melted mix in olive oil.
in bowl 2 mix cheese oregano & paprika. (add salt or pepper if desired)
preheat oven to 350(F) degrees.
take chicken and drench it in the butter/oil mix. then dip in bowl 2 with cheese and then place in metal or glass pan.
add all remaining butter to the pan with chicken in it. top with crumbled parmesan cheese.
bake for 30 minutes and serve with bread or pasta
make sure chicken is thawed to save you time.
