Easy Beef and Broccoli
Cook beef in a skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until beef is browned on all sides. When the beef is cooked, add broccoli florets to the pan. Continue cooking for 3-4 minutes. While beef and broccoli are cooking, whisk together tamari, beef broth, minced garlic, and tapioca flour in a small bowl. When broccoli is done cooking, pour tamari mixture over everything in the pan. Cook for an additional minute, until sauce has thickened. Remove from pan and serve warm. Garnish with sesame seeds.
