Lasagna meal with veges and garlic bread
Easy Beef Lasagna
1. Mix together the minced beef, tomato puree, tomato soup, garlic, stock, herbs and stir well.
2. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C and Spray a shallow oven proof lasagna dish (at least 2 litre capacity) lightly with oil
3. Layer 1/3 meat mixture cover with lasagna sheets, top with 3/4 cup cheese. Layer 1/3 meat mixture cover with lasagna sheets, top with 3/4 cup cheese, layer with remaining meat top with light sprinkling cheese approx 1/2 cup.
4. cover with tin foil bake for 40 mins then remove tinfoil and bake further 10 mins remove from oven cover and leave to stand.
5. Place garlic bread in oven approx 15 mins.
6. Prepare brocolli, carrots and frozen veges.
Can substiute herbs for 2 teaspoons of mixed or italian herbs. Do not leave uncooked meat mixture to stand once combined before cooking. Lasgana best serveed after standing for a while to settle.
