For those who cannot ingest raw egg then this Caesar salad is the one for you. Guaranteed to taste exactly like the original recipe without the raw ingredients. Also this recipe uses heart healthy oils for an extra kick.
In a large purex measuring cup (2-4 cups) add the olive oil, grape seed oil and the next seven ingredients. Mix well using an electric hand mixer. Place prepared dressing in refrigeration.
Wash, dry and roughly chop 1 head of romaine lettuce. Place in a large salad bowl, add the croutons and half the asiago cheese. Drizzle half the prepared dressing over the salad, and toss well. Pour remaining dressing over the salad and toss again. Serve in individual bowls or bring the bowl to the table for service.
