Done in the microwave. Super simple.
1. Mix dijon, yogurt, and spices together along with salt and pepper.
2. Coat 1 side of chicken with mixture. Put in baking dish or silicon microwave dish.
3.Cover and micro on high 3 min. Turn chicken, coat other side.
4. Cover, cook 3 more minutes
Garnish with chopped chives and a bit more paprika.
