Easy Instant Pot Jambalaya

1. Place the first 4 ingredients in the Instant Pot, stir well and pressure cook for 1 minute. NPR for 5 minutes.
2. Place meat (I used shrimp, 1/2 lb JD regular sausage, 1/2 lb Andouille, 1 lb rot. chicken) into Instant Pot, adjust liquid if necessary.) I added another cup of broth.
3. Place Instant Pot on Slow Cook - high. Pour melted butter over top. Secure lid and let cook 4-5 hours.
Get out your bowls!
Meat ideas:
Chicken or pork
Sausage — andouille, chorizo, Jimmy Dean hot or regular or smoked sausage.
Seafoods — scallops, crawfish or shrimp are the favourite choices.
