Icecream sandwiches and cool whip and hot fudge
Easy-Peasy Ice Cream Cake
Layer ice cream sandwiches (the cheap ones) in the bottom of whatever size of pan you want to use.
Cover with a thin layer of Cool Whip and hot fudge or caramel sauce
Make another layer of ice cream sandwiches (lay they in the opposite direction than the top layer)
Top with cool whip - freeze. You can make this days ahead of when you want to use them.
To serve, cut pieces and top them with whipped cream and hot fudge, or caramel sauce. Walla!
