Cook sausage in a large skillet until lightly browned. Add onions and celery and cook until translucent. Add tomatoes, beans and cayenne. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 7-10 minutes. Stir in rice and cook 2-3 minutes more or until thoroughly heated. You can also serve the sausage/bean mixture over rice.
