Easy to make low fat chili.
Brown ground turkey in 1T olive oil, sautee onion, celery, bell pepper and garlic in 1T olive oil. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes or longer to taste. Add chili powder, salt and pepper to taste.
I split this up into 8-2 cup servings and it still is low in calories, fat and high in protein!
