Mix Pudding mix with 3 cups of milk. Once set, mix with cool whip. Place Graham Crackers along bottom of 9x13 pan. Spoon half pudding mixture into 9x13 pan. Put down another layer of Graham Crackers. Spoon remaining pudding mixture and cover with graham crackers.
Put icing in microwave for 30 sec. to melt. Pour over graham crackers. Put in refrigerator overnight or at least 6 hours.
