Mix 3 1/2 cups milk and 2 large instant vanilla pudding packages. Fold in 8 ounces of cool whip. Add another layer of graham crackers over pudding mix
Melt 1/2 stick margarine with 2 ounces semi sweet baking chocolate, 1/4 cups milk and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Add 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar. Mix until smooth. Pour over graham crackers. Chill 24 Hours
