For a special holiday breakfast or brunch treat, use eggnog to make this special french toast.
Whisk eggs, eggnog, & spices together in a mixing bowl until well blended. Pour mixture into a shallow bowl. Preheat your electric skillet to 350 degrees. Lightly grease the skillet. Dip one slice of bread into the egg mixture (coating each side). Place bread slice on the skillet and cook until lightly browned on each side. Continue placing each slice of bread on skillet after dipping in egg mixture. Remove from skillet & serve immediately with powdered sugar or syrup.
