Suggest a better description1) Boil potatoes, pour cold water over.
2) In blender or food processor, blend: Juice, Jalapeno, 1/2 of the thyme, onion, garlic, salt, sugar.
3) Add oil in a stream to emulsify.
4) Toss cold potatoes with scallions, parsley, 1/2 of the thyme,
5) Pour dressing over potatoes and mix.
