Sauté onion and garlic in oil.
Add onion granules, dry seasonings and mix well.
Add remaining Ingredients except for garnish and bring to a boil. Cook on med low for 30 minutes.
Garnish with avocado slices, sour cream, cilantro, olives, tortilla chips, green onions
Very spicy cut the heat by using reg tomatoes . Also for a thicker soup I purée some if soup and add back.
