Chicken or beef enchiladas
1. Boil chicken or sauté beef until cooked, add taco seasoning
2. Sauté onion until half cooked
2. Warm corn tortillas
3. Form enchiladas, add meat, cheese, onion, and sauce and roll into an enchilada
4. Add 3/4 of sauce on top of and add remaining cheese
5. Bake 350 degrees for 30minutes covered with aluminum foil, remove foil with 10 minutes left
