Put med. To large mixing bowl, flour, baking powder, salt, and the 2 cups of greek yogurt low fat.
Mash together (about 30 seconds.) Knead the dough for a few seconds.
Divide into 8 pieces, shape into 8 pucks, about 1/2" thickness.
Bake in 375 to 400 degree oven for 10 then flip over and finish baking for another 15 to 20 min. Longer.
Should be hollow when you thump them.
They should be light brown.
I tried the flavored yogurt and they turned out great.
