Suggest a better descriptionCombine the warm milk, sugar and yeast. Allow the yeast to proof for 5 minutes, until bubbly. In a large stand mixer, combine all the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Add in the yeast/milk mixture. The dough will/should be sticky, DO NOT add more flour. Once mixed well, scrape the dough from the bowl onto a lightly floured surface. Fold the dough over a few times, making a nice smooth ball. Place in a greased bowl and allow to rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
Lightly cover the counter with cornmeal. Punch down the dough and lay out onto the cornmeal surface and roll out to desired thickness. Cut out into circles and transfer to a baking sheet. Re-roll the leftover and cut out more dough if desired. Cover the dough circles with a damp cloth and let rest and rise for 20 minutes.
Heat a skillet to low heat. DO NOT GREASE, just sprinkle with corn meal. Place dough circles into the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, until nice a browned. Remove from the heat and allow to cool completely before storing.
