Preheat oven to 350. Soak crackers in milk. Add meat, eggs, onions and seasonings; mix well. Place in greased baking dish. Coat meat with Piquant Sauce. Bake 45 minutes.
Piquant Sauce: Combine brown sugar, ketchup, nutmeg and dry mustard. (I usually make double the recipe for the Piquant Sauce; my family likes extra)
