The Saltine Crackers and seasonings really make this recipe great. Serve with mashed potatos and Corn on the Cob.
Preheat oven to 350. Soak crackers in milk. Add meat, eggs, onions and seasonings; mix well. Place in greased baking dish. Coat meat with Piquant Sauce. Bake 45 minutes.
Piquant Sauce: Combine brown sugar, ketchup, nutmeg and dry mustard. (I usually make double the recipe for the Piquant Sauce; my family likes extra)
