Melt the first 3 ingredients, and pour into the bottom of 9 x 13 pan.
Tear off chunks of bread, and put into pan. Begin tearing at the bottom of the loaf.
Mix last 3 ingredients and pour over bread. Do not mix once added to the bread.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Right before baking, sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350F? for 45-50 minutes.
