Suggest a better descriptionCut every potato in half and every half to 3. Fry and keep in a warm oven (100 c/200 F).
Dry the fish fillets with a paper towel and cut into rectangular pieces.
Mix flour, beer and spices to a smooth mixture. Let stand for 10 minutes.
Heat the oil in a deep pan.
Dip the fish in the flour mixture, let drip a little, and fry.
Serve together with the chips.
