Suggest a better descriptionJust call me Skeeter and I live in Maine about forty miles north of Bangor. Real boondocks out here. Love to cook and I collect cookbooks and recipes. Have a couple Rice-A-Roni recipes for you. Hope you enjoy them. They came from my "Favorite Brand Name Recipe Cookbook". Lightly brown the rice-vermicelli mixture in butter. Stir in water and contents of flavor packet. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Makes 5 (1 1/2 cup) servings. Posted to brand-name-recipes by Skeeter
