Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Coat a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
Place fish fillets on baking sheet.
Combine olive oil, bread crumbs, parsley, lemon juice, garlic, salt and oregano in a bowl.
Press an equal amount of the breadcrumb mixture on top of each fillet.
Bake until the fish is just opaque in the center - approximately 10 minutes.
Bake on 1 side only.
Do not turn fish over.
