Measure sour milk and set aside. In a mixing bowl add oil, eggs and sour milk. Mix until eggs are lightly beaten. Add flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix just until combined. Pour onto hot griddle in 1/4 cup incremements. Flip when bubbles start to form and pop.
