Suggest a better descriptionDissolve Vitamin C in the water
Mix the water/Vitamin C mixture, peaches and sugar and let sit for 15 minutes
Place peaches flat in a zip lock bag
Place in freezer
To peel the peaches:
Put peaches in boiling water for about 60 seconds
Take peaches out of boiling water and place in ice water (stops peaches from cooking)
The peel should be easliy removed from the fruit
Yield: 40 to 50 peaches yields 14 bags with 2 cups per bag
