Mom's Recipes
Mix sugar, oil and eggs thoroughly with mixer.
Stir in dry ingredients, apples and nuts.
Bake in 9 X 13 inch pan (greased), at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
GLAZE:
Cook 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 stick oleo, 1/8 cup cream and 1 tsp vanilla for 2 1/2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Spoon over cake while cake and glace are still warm.
