Press sugar cookie dough out evenly on lightly greased baking sheet (may use Pam spray) or 9x13 cake pan. Bake according to time on package. Cool completely.
Soften cream cheese and mix with cool whip, powdered sugar and vanilla.
Beat mixture until smooth. Spread on cooled cookie base.
Cut fruit of choice into squares. Blot dry. Place/arrange fruit on top. (Tip - put fruit on absorbant paper plate over night)
Refrigerate until ready or serve right away.
