Suggest a better descriptionThaw the pastry sheet at room temperature for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 400?. In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine butter or margarine with chocolate and heat on High for 1 minute, or until butter is melted. Remove from oven and stir until chocolate is completely melted. Or melt butter and chocolate in a double boiler over hot water. Stir sugar into the melted chocolate mixture; add eggs and vanilla and stir well. Add flour and stir until evenly combined. Unfold the pastry on a lightly floured surface. Roll into a 15" x 12" rectangle; cut into 20 squares (3" x 3"). Press the pastry squares into the ungreased muffin tins. Place about 1 tb of the chocolate mixture in the center or each. Bake for 18 minutes, or until the pastry is golden. Remove and cool on wire rack. Dust lightly with confectioners sugar.
