Cake:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Lightly grease and flour 10" bundt or ring pan
Set aside
Prepare cake mix as package directs.
In medium bowl combine 1 1/2 c prepared batter, cream cheese, and cocoa powder until smooth.
Pour half of yellow batter into prepared pan.'Drop spoonfuls of chocolate batter over yellow batter in pan.
Top with remaining yellow batter.
Bake about 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
Cool completely on wire rack.
Unmold cake onto serving plate.
Prepare fudgy glaze
Glaze:
Place chocolate in small microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave on high for 30 seconds; stir
Repeat as necessary until chocolate is completely melted, stirring at 10-second intervals
Set aside
In medium bowl combine powdered sugar and cocoa powder.
Stir in milk, vanilla, and melted chocolate until smooth.
Spread over the top of the cake, allowing some glaze to run over side.
Sprinkle with m&m's.
Store in tightly covered container.
