1. Add all the ingredients to a food processer or blender (apart from the oil) and blend till the ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
2. Brush the baking tray with oil and add the cake mixture into the tray.
3. Put the tray inside an oven and bake for 45 minutes at 170°C
4. After 45 minutes, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes. Serve with fruits or a preferred sweet sauce.
