Tasty easy prawns chock full of buttery butterness
1. Mix butter, all herbs, oil, garlic, salt & pepper together in a bowl
2. Add mixture to skillet over a medium to high heat
3. Once butter is fully melted add the prawns to the pan and cook until they change colour (about 5 min)
4. Serve with sweet chilli, sauce from pan and lemon wedges
