Be sure to marinade overnight to get the full flavor of the marinade.
Whisk all ingredients, except meat. Place meat into zip lock bag and pour marinade over top. Push marinade around to completely coat meat.
Refrigerate overnight.
Prepare coals.
Form large sheet of aluminum foil into shallow bowl with shiny side up. Spray lightly with cooking spray and place in center of grill over top of hot coals.
Remove chops from marinade (saving marinade). Place chops in center of foil pan and cook about 10 minutes on one side. Turn chops and continue cooking until done.
While chops are cooking, boil reserved marinade.
Serve sauce over chops with long grain rice and broccoli.
