Suggest a better description1. Take out pork tenderloins and rinse them off with water and then trim and any excess fat off of them.
2. Put several slashes on each side of the tenderloin to allow the marinade to penetrate into the meat.
3. Combine the pork tenderloin, soy sauce, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, liquid smoke, garlic and black pepper in a gallon size Ziploc bag. Put bag inside another dish to keep from any mess that may arise.
4. Grill on medium-high heat for 10-15 minutes per side or Bake in a 450° oven for 20-30 minutes.
5. Remove and let stand 5 to 10 minutes before carving.
