Suggest a better descriptionPreheat the oven to 200 degrees. Lightly oil a baking tray or coat with nonstick spray. Halve any large carrots lengthwise.
Add oil, balsamic, garlic and thyme, into a bowl and stir to combine. Pour over carrots and gently toss to coat. Add carrots to prepared tray.
Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes or until tender. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley.
