Quick and easy to make - great texture and flavor
Pre-heat oven to 350 F
Slice potatoes in half, then cut halves into 1 cm thick slices
Toss potatoes into bowl with olive oil, covering all sides of potato in thin layer of oil
Lay potatoes out on baking sheet
Sprinkle rosemary, garlic over potato fries evenly
Sprinkle light amount of Chili powder over fries
Bake for ~15 to ~20 minutes, turn fries, then sprinkle spices on back side of now browned potato wedges
Bake for another 10 minutes or until at desired tenderness
Serve with your choice of spicy mustard, ketchup, or ketchup and tobasco
