Suggest a better description??Pre-make your Garlic Confit by covering a bunch of garlic cloves with oil and bake in oven at 250 for 2 hrs
??Pre-heat oven to 375°F
??Salt your Pork Tenderloins and let sit for 10 minutes.
??Sear all sides of your tenderloins. It’s okay if they’re still raw in the center, it will finish cooking in the oven later.
??Chop fresh sage and rosemary. Enough to evenly cover the outside of your pork.
??Cover the outside of your tenderloins with grainy mustard and roll through your chopped herbs.
??Cut out the center of a baguette and paint with the olive oil from your garlic confit and smear with 5-6 garlic cloves
??Insert your tenderloins into the center of your baguette and secure with butchers twine.
??Bake in your oven for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature is at least 145°F.
??Remove the butchers twine and let it rest for 10 minutes before enjoying.
