Suggest a better descriptionCombine chopped vegetables: green pepper, tomato, onion and cucumber in a blender. Blend until smooth. To mixture add liquid ingredients: tomato juice, lemon juice, olive oil and picante sauce. Mix until well blended. Chill for at least one hour. Serve cold and garnish with additional chopped vegetables on the top if desired.
