German Apple Cake (Kuchen)

Beat eggs and oil together until foamy. Add sugar, salt, vanilla, soda, cinnamon, flour, nuts and apples. Batter will be very thick. Pour into 9 x 13 inch greased and floured cake pan. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
